This is a request to backport a jdk8 fix into jdk7u.

    8000624: Move MaxRetries.java to ProblemList for the moment

It's related to the backport I just requested for

    8010531: Add BadKdc* tests to problem list for solaris-sparcv9

The fix is already included in jdk8 as:
