[7u] request for approval for backport of 8009460 : C2compiler crash in machnode::in_regmask(unsigned int)

Hi!

I would like to request approval to push my fix for bug 8009460 to JDK7u
(latest LU).

Change is exactly the same in both 7u and 8. I have already built and
tested on 7. I could not reproduce this bug, so there is not any test case.
However, I asked the customer who encountered the bug and could reproduce it
to test my fix for 7, and I got positive feedback from them that the issue
disappeared.
