Yeah, I deliberately left that date out, as it requires a bit more thought.
What we have done in the past has been to create a separate release forest around the time of the bulk integration of the last CPU before GA into the release. If we did the same for 7u60, that would be around April. But on the other hand, that would be a long time to go without a separate release forest.
