[7u80] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.80-b06

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.80-b06 into jdk7u80-b01.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8022836: JVM crashes in JVMTIENVBASE::GET_CURRENT_CONTENDED_MONITOR and GET_OWNED_MONITOR
8038481: CMM Testing: Min/MaxHeapFreeRatio flags should be manageable through the API
8038640: new hotspot build - hs24.80-b06
8038785: hot workaround fix for a crash in C2 compiler at Node::rematerialize
