[7u60] Request for approval: JDK-8039097 Some tests fail with NPE since 7u60 b12

Petr,

I don't see a review link for this regression and the bug is marked 
confidential. Can you share a short update on the root cause and what 
caused it ? It looks like a few swing tests caught the regression. 
Please update the master bug record with a suitable "noreg-*" label.

Approved for jdk7u60. As per process, please push to jdk7u-dev and Rob 
can import the change to the stabilization forest.
