[7u-dev] Request for approval 8041990: [macosx] Language specific keys does not work in applets when opened outside the browser

Hello,

Could you approve the back-port of the fix for 8041990 to jdk7u-dev 
(7u80), please?
The original fix and the back-port are slightly different. There are 
trivial changes in the regression test (lambda was replaced by anonymous 
inner class). The author and the reviewers of the original fix are in 
the CC list.
