[7u-dev] request for approval: 8065552: setAccessible(true) on fields of Class may throw a SecurityException

Hi!

May I please have approval to backport this fix from JDK8 to JDK7. I have built the JDK7 and tested already. JDK8 fix applies cleanly to JDK7 source. As I do not have account for OpenJDK, David Buck will push the fix into jdk7u/jdk7u-dev/jdk.
