JDK-7171045 is already marked fixed in 7u40. If this is a reworking of 
the fix (as implied by the review thread), you'll have to log a new bug 
for that fix to be tracked.

Since 7171045 was approved in 2012[1] for jdk7u-dev, please submit a new 
approval request for this issue when you have a new bug ID to track it.
