[7u80] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.80-b03

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.80-b03 into jdk7u80-b01.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

6990419: CMS: Remaining work for 6572569: consistently skewed work distribution in (long) re-mark pauses
8023956: Provide a work-around to broken Linux 32 bit "Exec Shield" using CS for NX emulation (crashing with SI_KERNEL)

8031743: C2: loadI2L_immI broken for negative memory values
8032207: C2: assert(VerifyOops || MachNode::size(ra_) <= (3+1)*4) failed: bad fixed size
