[7u60] Request for approval for 8017498: JVM crashes when native code calls sigaction(sig) where sig>=0x20

Even if the patches apply cleanly, these need to go through 
hsx/jdk7u/hotspot and pushed via jprt,
please send or point me to the patches and I will then get then in via jprt
and then in the master after PIT
