If the fix is unchanged (i.e. its a clean import from 8 to 7) then you 
would not need a codereview and this mail would follow the "Approval 
Request Template" at 
http://openjdk.java.net/projects/jdk7u/approval-template.html

Note: neither of your webrev URL's are externally visible as required. 
(further note, if the changeset applies cleanly from 8, you can link to 
the 8 review thread & webrev)
