[7u communication] 7u60 stabilization forest is available

The 7u60 stabilization forests are now available :

(master) http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7u/jdk7u60/
(team integration) http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7u/jdk7u60-dev/

As per Dalibor's mail on Wednesday [1], all pushes for 7u60 should first 
go to the regular jdk7u-dev forest using the phase 2 process [2]. 7u60 
requests can be identified by adding a '7u60-critical-request' label and 
a justification comment to the master bug report. If approved (indicated 
via '7u60-critical-approved' label), a maintainer will pull the 
necessary changeset(s) into the jdk7u60 forest. Please follow the 
regular hotspot process for hotspot fixes in jdk7u and contact Alejandro 
for assistance in getting any 7u60 critical approved fixes into the 
stabilization forest.

The JDK 7u Project page will also be updated to clarify what forests are 
open.
