[7u-dev] Request for approval for 5036554 : unmarshal error on CORBA alias type in CORBA any

Was tidying up bug records and came across this one. I'm looking to 
backport this to jdk7u so that the fix is addressed across all JDK 
families. Fix applies cleanly.
