[7u60] Request for approval for 8035988: 7u60 l10n resource file translation update 1

Thank you Rob. I have added 8-na.

The translation message update for each release is handled separately. 
We detect the English resource file changes for each release and this is 
usually different between releases, so there is no easy way to port the 
whole set of changes from one release to another.
