[7u80] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs24.80-b04

Requesting approval to integrate hs24.80-b04 into jdk7u80-b01.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8006023: Embedded Builds fail management test because of requirement for UsePerfData being enabled.
8028073: race condition in ObjectMonitor implementation causing deadlocks
8035283: Second phase of branch shortening doesn't account for loop alignment
8035435: new hotspot build - hs24.80-b04
