[7u60] Request for approval for JDK-8035618 : Four api/org_omg/CORBA TCK tests fail under plugin only

Requesting approval to backport this to jdk7u60. Straightforward import 
of JDK 8 patch.

It's a tck-red issue and should be fixed. I plan to push to jdk7u-dev 
and Rob can handle 7u60 port.
