Hi,
  this is review request for backport changeset from jdk8 to jdk7.
Sean, Chris advised me to ask you to sponsor the change since he hasn't 
built jdk7 recently. Would you have time for this?

This solves conflict between JAF handlers for JAX-WS and javax.mail. The
issue has been introduced in the latest CPU.
