[7u-dev] Request for approval: 8038966: JAX-WS handles wrongly xsd:any arguments for Web services

Hello,

Could you, please, approve a backport of 8038966 bug to JDK7u-dev. The 
source code changes is identical to JDK8. The only one difference is in 
how test application converts the WS response to String value - 
toString() method in Test.java. Test fails on JDK7 without the fix and 
passes on JDK7 with fix. Test output is similar to the JDK8.
Performed testing:
JPRT testing: build and jdk_other test set finished without xml related 
failures
JTREG testing: javax/xml - no failures
