[7u-dev] Request for approval : 8012625 : Incorrect handling of HTTP/1.1 " Expect: 100-continue " in HttpURLConnection

I'd like to backport the following fix from JDK 8 to 7u-dev. It applies 
cleanly
and could help to address some performance issues for applications using
the HTTP 100 status.
