Request for Approval: 8012941, 8028159 and 8043413

Hello!

I'd like to get a approval to push these backports of 8012941, 8028159 
and 8043413 into jdk7.

I need to backport all three fixes to fix customer's issue.
First one is a fix for c1, second one extends fix to c2, third one fixes 
bug in second fix.
