[7u communication] RDP2 milestone for 7u80 approaching

As per earlier communication [1], RDP2 for jdk7u80 is approaching. It
looks like 7u80 b05 (planned for the week of January 21st) will be the 
last 7u80 promotion built from the jdk7u repo.

After January 21st, RDP2 will start.
