Request for Approval: 8067364 Printing to Postscript doesn't support dieresis

Hello all,

I would like to push the following patch in JDK7u:

This is a direct backport of the bug originally at:

https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8067364

The only change are the paths which obviously are different due to jdk9
structure refactoring, the rest of the patch is unchanged, specifically
the patch is the same as the one pushed in the jdk7u-dev repository.

If ok, I will push the patch to the following repository:
