[7u-communication] Moving the JDK7u Project website content to the OpenJDK wiki

In order to make it easier for a future Project Lead to maintain the web 
content of the JDK 7 Updates Project in OpenJDK, I'd like to move the 
current Project website content to the OpenJDK wiki.

As a first step, I'll send the request for the wiki space to OpenJDK 
ops. Then I'll move the various pages over to their new location.
And finally, I'll send another e-mail to this list to let you know that 
the migration has completed.

Let me know if you have any feedback by Friday, March 27th.
