[PATCH] 6414899: P11Digest should support cloning

This patch has been in IcedTea 2.x since the 2.3.0 release on
2012-08-15. It adds some missing functionality to the PKCS11
provider, allowing it to work with the tests in
test/com/sun/oracle/security/ucrypto (they expect a digest
to be cloneable).

The 7 version is identical to the 8 version, save the removal
of a copyright line update (the file has already been bumped
to a later year).

The change is simpler than it may appear as the patch also
contains a lot of re-formatting, particularly in PKCS11.java
