This patch has been in IcedTea 2.x since the 2.5.3 release on
2014-10-14. 

The 7 version is largely identical to the 8 version, and is
the same as the version in IcedTea 2.x. The difference from 8
is we don't add java.security.spec.DSAGenParameterSpec as
that would create additional public API. Instead, we include
it in sun.security.spec and adjust references accordingly.
