I think this is not used any more, but there for historical reasons.
The right place to get the latest version of OpenJDK7 should be this:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk7u/jdk7u/

I know it's a little bit confusing with so many reposotories, but the
actual pointers are on the wiki (where JDK 7u is the only one
appearing):

https://wiki.openjdk.java.net/display/jdk7u/Main
