CFV: New OpenJDK 7 Reviewer: Mario Torre

I hereby nominate Mario Torre for the role of OpenJDK 7 Reviewer.

Mario has been active within the OpenJDK project since its inception,
being originally a contributor to the GNU Classpath project. His
work has mainly been in the graphics area and he is the lead of
the caciocavallo project [0].

In the JDK project, only 17 changesets are attributed to him [1] (and
only four have been backported to OpenJDK 7), but I feel this doesn't
accurately represent his commitment to this project and he would
make a valuable contribution to OpenJDK 7 as a reviewer.

Votes are due by the 27th of September, 2018, at 16h00 UTC.

Only current OpenJDK 7 Reviewers [2] are eligible to vote on this
nomination. Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this mailing
list.
