JDK 7u Project Lead

I hereby resign as JDK 7u Project Lead.

Java SE 7 is now nine years old, and most projects have transitioned
to 8, which looks like it wil continue for years to come.  As usual,
if any suitably-qualified individual wishes to take over as project
lead, they may apply to do so.
