Proposed dates for JDK 8

Hi,
I've looked at an M7 date. Based on the dates and details in my original email and the assumption of setting aside four weeks of testing for the community we should set M7 to February 22, 2013.
This would allow enough time for the community testing while still ensuring the bug reports can be filed before early April 2013 so there is time to address the bugs.
