build failure: Compiler error in JDK8

This class and others have been removed in JDK 8 with the new JSR 292 implementation.  I'm not exactly sure which repository you are trying to build:  jdk8/jdk8 or build-infra/jdk8

But it seems there is a mismatch somewhere.
