jdk8 jaxp and jaxws source drop bundles

With the recent changesets to the jdk8/jaxp and jdk8/jaxws repositories:

http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/jdk8/jaxp/rev/ff3ad1d8c057
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8/jdk8/jaxws/rev/f50545b5e2f1

The notorious jaxp and jaxws drop bundles will no longer be needed, the sources are now in the repositories.

HOWEVER, that does NOT mean it is open season on these sources.

The JAXP (http://jaxp.java.net/) and JAX-WS (http://jax-ws.java.net/) projects are the primary
owners of these sources, and all changes to these sources need to be handled very carefully if we are
to avoid any lost or inconsistent changes.
