CFV: New jdk8 Committer: Alejandro Murillo

I hereby nominate Alejandro Murillo to jdk8 Committer.

Alejandro is a performance engineer and also the HotSpot gatekeeper.
In the latter role he's responsible for delivering HotSpot sources
into jdk8 and other jdk releases; he's been working in this role for
nearly a year and has authored or contributed approximately 40
changesets, not including merges and tags.

Only current jdk8 Committers [1] are eligible to vote on this
nomination.  Votes must be cast in the open by replying to this
mailing list.
