Further JDK 8 M6/M7 JEP updates

Work on the following JEPs will not be finished in time for M6 but
the remaining work is well in hand, so I've retargeted them to M7:

  101 Generalized Target-Type Inference
  109 Enhance Core Libraries with Lambda
  118 Access to Parameter Names at Runtime
  119 javax.lang.model Implementation Backed by Core Reflection
  120 Repeating Annotations
  126 Lambda Expressions & Virtual Extension Methods
  140 Limited doPrivileged
  161 Compact Profiles

I've also marked Nashorn as Funded and targeted it to M7:

  174 Nashorn JavaScript Engine

I've updated the milestone and feature pages [1][2] accordingly.
