I hereby nominate Bhavesh Patel to JDK 8 Reviewer.

Bhavesh has worked on javadoc and related doclets since before the 
beginning of OpenJDK. He is currently the primary maintainer of the 
standard doclet. He has authored 51 changesets in jdk8/tl/langtools [See 
below]. In particular, he has helped to modernize the javadoc code base, 
starting with the changset for 6851834, with the goal of making the 
generated output be conformant to relevant standards.

Votes are due by the end of Oct 18.
