[8u20] Request for approval for bulk integration of hs25.20-b09

Requesting approval to integrate hs25.20-b09 into jdk8u20-b09.

Pre-integration testing is in progress; the integration will proceed
only after SQE has analyzed the results and approved.

The fixes in the proposed integration are below.  All have undergone
nightly testing and are already in a jdk8 repository.

8016039: jvm.lib is missing from export list unless building server
8026300: VM warning: increase O_BUFLEN in ostream.hpp -- output truncated occurs with fastdebug VM when printing flags
8036767: PPC64: Support for little endian execution model

8038633: crash in VM_Version::get_processor_features() on startup
8038639: new hotspot build - hs25.20-b09
8039043: Implicit null check is in the wrong place in C1 -UseCompressedOops
