Request to mark the 8u20 forests as read only

Ops team,

with the release of JDK 8u20 [1], can I request that the 8u20 
stabilization forests
be marked as read only ?

These are :
  http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u20
  http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk8u/jdk8u20-dev

I just did one last round of syncing to ensure both forests are up to date.
