[8u-communication] 8u40 Early Access Builds

For developers who wish to test binaries based the 8u40-b02 tagged code
in the OpenJDK jdk8u/jdk8u forest, the Oracle JDK 8 Update 40 Early Access
Release based on it is available for download at :
https://jdk8.java.net/download.html

If you are aware of other early access releases based on 8u40-b02 being
made available for testing, please let the mailing list know as well in
a reply to this thread.
