Problem during installation JDK-8u40

Hi Fabrice,

This is a known bug: https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8050888.

The JRE cannot not be installed on non-English windows, but SDK is 
installed successfully.

Looks like the bug is set as confidential. I am not sure if you could 
view it, but anyway, it will be fixed in later build soon.
