[8u40] Review Request 8065765: Missing space in output message from -XX:+CheckEndorsedAndExtDirs

The test should not run with -XX:+CheckEndorsedAndExtDirs as the
default as the test system may have JAR files installed in the
system extension directory. A new test case is also added
to verify on systems with such extensions.

This patch also fixes the missing space in the error message.
