[8u40] Request for Approval: 8066236: RuntimeNode forces copy creation on visitation

Approved. Looks like today is the last day for getting fixes in via 
jdk8u-dev for 8u40. Lana is planning on taking 8u40 b19 PIT snapshot 
tomorrow.
