[8u40] Request for approval: JDK-8066669: dust.js performance regression caused by primitive field conversion

Please approve backport of JDK-8066669 to 8u40.

Changes apply cleanly to 8u40 after shuffling path names except for two 
hunks in MethodEmitter.java. These changes are currently being reviewed 
and tested.
