[8u-dev] Request for Approval to Backport: 8065172: More core reflection final and volatile annotations

Hello!

This is the last one left (at the time of posting) change, adding 
final/volatile annotations in reflection.

After the recent integration of JDK-8064846, the unshuffled patch 
applied cleanly.

Jprt + test subset jdk_lang with no failures.
