[8u20] Request approval: JDK-4891331 BigInteger a.multiply(a) should use squaring code

Hello,

This is a request to backport the fix for [1] which was integrated into JDK 9.

(NB: The issue [1] is itself marked as a backport and was automatically created when the fix was integrated although the original review [2] referred to 4891331 [3]. This is apparently because I had the fix version of [3] inadvertently marked as "8" when it should have been "9" I pushed the fix to the JDK 9 repository.)
