[8u communication] 8u20 timeline

With the planned JDK 8 GA date [1] growing closer, work on the JDK 8u20 
release is expected to ramp up further in the coming weeks. 8u20 follows 
the new "multiples of 20" versioning system announced last year [2]. I 
wanted to send out a proposal for the key milestone dates relating to 
the 8u20 release.

January 11th : 8u20 (jdk8u-dev) forests are opened
Late March   : Feature Complete
April              : RampDown 1
June              : RampDown 2 (Fork for the stabilization forests)
August          : GA

Note that these timelines are preliminary only and are subject to 
change. Please refer to the JDK 8 milestones definition page [3] for a 
summary of what each milestone consists of. If no issues are raised with 
this schedule, I'll publish it on the JDK 8 Updates Project page next 
Friday, 14th February.
