Hi All 

This is a request to backport a jdk9 fix into jdk8u20. 

8031046: Native Windows ccache might still get unsupported ticket

The fix is already included in jdk9 as:

The patch for jdk8u20 is identical to the one in jdk9. 

The fix is low-risk, and isolated. No new regression test because a special server setup is needed. A detailed guide on how to write a SQE test is described in INTJDK-7604925.
