[8u20] Request for phase 2 approval for CR 8039150 host_klass invariant fails when verifying newly loaded JSR-292 anonymous classes

This fix is in the hotspot area and I believe Alejandro is managing the 
stabilization forest for that. Bulk approval request will most likely be 
handled by him.
