Hi All 

This is a request to backport a jdk9 fix into jdk8u-dev. 

8042053: Broken links to jarsigner and keytool docs in java.security package summary

   https://bugs.openjdk.java.net/browse/JDK-8042053

Since JDK 8, doc for security tools on Solaris/Linux/Mac OSX is moved to a new directory. Update the package info to use the new URL.

The fix is already included in jdk9 as: 

   http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/dev/jdk/rev/6c9d15a88501

The patch for jdk8u-dev is identical to the one in jdk9.
