8u20: finished sync-up with 8u11<eom>

Hi Abhijit,

please excuse my ignorance if this was already answered elsewhere, but
why have the 8u11 changes been integrated into jdk8u20 but not into
jdk8u20-dev. Shouldn't all changes for jdk8u20 go trough jdk8u20-dev
first?

And when will these changes be synced into jdk8u/jdk8u-dev? Will this
only happen after 8u20 has been released?
