Request approval: 8030681 & 8038435 & 8039990 & 8041151 & 8042417 & 8047925 & 8048184 & 8042810 & 8043182: hgforest.sh sync to Java 9

Hello all;

At the time that this approval was offered there were some concerns with the stability of get_source.sh and hgforest.sh so I opted not to push the changesets to jdk8u-dev. Those concerns have been resolved and things have been stable for a couple of weeks. In the intervening time there have been four additional changesets:

Other than appropriate differences in the list of extra repos in hgforest.sh these 9 changesets would bring the jdk8u-dev and jdk9 get_source.sh and hgforest.sh scripts into sync.

I would like to request approval to push the entire set of 9 changesets to jdk8u-dev.
