Change "8030763: Validate global memory allocation" breaks the HotSpot build on AIX

I should have pushed the 8051378 fix into
http://hg.openjdk.java.net/jdk9/jdk9/hotspot/ before Alejandro pushed
8030763 into all our repository.
I will push 8051378 into jdk9/hs-comp/hotspot and main jdk9/hs/hotspot.
Alejandro, this change will not affect our testing so you don't need to
restart PIT.
